Hello and welcome to my firm. My name is Dimple Verma and I am the founder of Verma Injury Lawyers.

I was born and raised in London, England and started my legal career studying law at the University of Westminster Law School in London. In 2001, I moved to Canada where I settled down and completed my legal studies at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005.

Since then, I have only practiced plaintiff personal injury litigation and provide representation to clients who are involved in a magnitude of accidents. I primarily focus my practice on helping those who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, nursing home negligence and abuse, animal attacks and product and manufacturer’s liability.

I actively and relentlessly pursue cases all the way through to Trial and will fight for the right result. I am also actively involved in conducting Mediation's, Arbitration's and Appeals at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and Trials and Appeals in the Superior Court of Justice.  In doing so, I have helped thousands of clients obtain the highest settlements for their injuries and insurance claims. I also have a dedicated team of experienced lawyers and trial counsel who are prepared to fight the fight if a case goes to trial.

I thoroughly enjoy the work that I do. The greatest satisfaction I get is to know that my hard work, experience and reputation will help injured persons financially recover from the devastating effects that an accident can have on their lives. I understand that during this difficult time, an injured person's finances will be seriously tied up and compromised. The last thing on their mind is paying a lawyer thousands of dollars upfront to work on their case.  That is why we don't get paid until you get the settlement or award you deserve.  We really are in this together and I will fight hard for you.

Call me to discuss your case and let me tell you how I can help you too.
