FAMILY LAW

Hourly rates apply to all family law matters. Block fee's and limited scope retainers can also be arranged for family law matters to keep your costs down at every stage of your proceeding. Call us to find out more.

WILLS & ESTATES

Will                              $1,000.00 plus HST

Power of Attorney          $500.00 plus HST

Hourly rates apply to all other Estates litigation. Please contact our office for fee schedule.

IMMIGRATION

Study Permit                $2,500.00 plus HST

Work Permit                 $2,500.00 plus HST

Permanent Residence    $5,000.00 plus HST

PERSONAL INJURY

Personal injury matters are charged on a "no win-no fee" or "contingency" basis, so you only pay legal fees if you settle or win your case. Our fee is 30% of your settlement or award & HST & disbursements* (*disbursements are expenses such as application fees, court fees, medical records, copying costs, process serving, courier which are payable by the client on ongoing basis).
